Birth-time rectification

The method is not released

Picking a birth hour from life events does not work on this site right now. The previous calculation relied on unverified rules and has been switched off. Below: where to actually find your birth time, and what is calculated without the hour.

The method is not released
What happened. Matching a birth hour to life events is switched off. The previous calculation mapped events to hours using rules nobody had checked against sources. Naming the wrong hour is worse than naming none, so nothing is calculated. The form below is kept, but it computes nothing right now. We are not giving a date for the method's return.
Where to actually find the exact time.
◆ Birth certificate — in many countries the time is printed on it.
◆ Hospital discharge papers, maternity records, a child's medical file.
◆ A request to the civil registry or to the maternity hospital archive at your place of birth.
◆ Family memory: even “early morning” or “around lunch” narrows twelve hours down to two or three.
What can be calculated without the hour. A three-pillar chart — year, month and day — is built for free and needs no birth time: Day Master, elemental balance, lucky colours, numbers and directions. It has no hour pillar, and we neither show nor sell conclusions that depend on one.

How to Refine: Take the top 2 candidates and recall events with exact dates — not just the year, but the month. Consult with a practicing BaZi master for final rectification. This tool is a starting point, not a final answer.
